Pay My Bill
Chester Public Utility District does not have the ability to accept credit or debit card payments directly. To give customers a secure way to pay online or by phone, the District uses Payment Service Network (PSN), a third-party payment company.
A note from the General Manager about your bill: Our rate structure changed on July 1, and we are reviewing and confirming every account. If something on your bill doesn’t look right, please tell us. Read the General Manager’s note.
Had a water leak, used water outdoors last winter, or think your bill has an error? Request a billing adjustment online or with our fillable form.
Pay online with Payment Service Network (PSN)
When you pay through PSN, you will need:
- Chester Public Utility District's PSN ID: RT20185
- Your full 8-digit account number, exactly as it appears on your bill
There is currently no convenience fee for paying through PSN. If a fee is added in the future, we will post it here before it takes effect.
