Enterprise System Catalog
Last reviewed: October 2026
California law requires each local agency to publish a catalog of its “enterprise systems” — the main software the agency uses to keep official records, especially records that contain information collected from the public. This catalog lists those systems, what they are used for, and what kinds of information they hold. It does not contain any of the information itself.
The District reviews this catalog at least once a year and whenever a system is added, replaced or retired. The District is currently evaluating replacements for its utility billing, accounting and online payment systems and plans to bring payroll in-house; this catalog will be updated when any change is made.
